Four people were killed after local residents reported hearing gunshots Saturday night in the town of Wurenlingen near Zurich in northern Switzerland, local media reported.

Gunshots were heard just after 11:00 pm (2100 GMT) Saturday and the dead bodies were later discovered in the open air besides a house, local police said in a statement.

Investigation is underway to determine the identities of those killed as well as the cause of the incident. Endi
