Kenyan police on Friday released pictures of two terror suspects they believe are planning attacks in the country on unspecified dates.

Latest security alerts from Kenya's intelligence service said Musdaf Ismail Hashi and Ahmed Mohamed Abdullahi have been dispatched by Al-Shabaab senior commanders to ferry bombs into the country to carry out attacks in the country. (Kenya-Terror)

OSLO -- A Norwegian court has sentenced three men to jail after they were convicted of joining or supporting the Islamic State (IS) extremist group in Syria, local media reported on Friday.

It is the first time a Norwegian court has dealt with a case in which Norwegian citizens are accused of having participated in combat operations for the IS group in Syria, according to Norway's public broadcaster NRK.

WASHINGTON -- Security measures at domestic U.S. military bases have been temporarily raised due to growing concern of terror threats across the country, U.S. media reported Friday.

The status, put into effect Thursday night, placed U.S. military bases at so-called "Force Protection Bravo," which is defined by the U.S. military as an "increased and predictable threat of terrorism." (US-Military Base-Alert)

MOSCOW -- China and Russia agreed here Friday to integrate the former's Silk Road Economic Belt initiative with the latter's aspiration under the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) framework.

ISLAMABAD -- Pakistan on Friday dismissed as " bogus" claim by the Taliban of shooting a military helicopter that killed ambassadors of Norway and Philippines in northern areas of the country.

Speaking at a press conference at the Foreign Ministry, Foreign Secretary Aizaz Ahmad ruled out possibility of terrorism in the tragedy and said the crash occurred due to technical failure of the engine of the helicopter. (Pakistan-Helicopter Crash) Endi
