Spanish king to pay state visit to France

Spanish King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia will pay a state visit to France June 2, the French presidential office announced Friday.

The Spanish king and queen on March 24 cancelled their two-day state visit to France following the deadly plane crash of a Germanwings aircraft.

The Germanwings flight crashed en route from Barcelona to Dusseldorf, killing all 150 passengers and crew on board, among whom 50 were Spaniards. Endit
