Myanmar to compete in 18 wushu events in SEA Games

Myanmar athletes will take part in 18 wushu events of taolu and sanshou categories in the 28th Southeast Asian Games to be hosted by Singapore this year, sports circle said Thursday.

A total of 20 gold medals will be awarded for wushu events in the SEA Games.

Myanmar wushu team grabbed five gold, five silver and five bronze medals in the 27th SEA Games held in Myanmar in 2013.

The 28th SEA Games will be hosted by Singapore on June 5-16. Endit
