Dollar hovers around 119 yen line in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded around the 119 yen line in early trading Thursday, almost unchanged from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 118.98-99 yen compared with 119.00-10 yen in New York at 5 p.m. Wednesday. The Tokyo market was closed on Wednesday for a national holiday.

The euro fetched 1.1112-1113 dollars and 132.21-23 yen against 1.1124-1134 dollars and 132.44-54 yen in New York late Wednesday afternoon. Endi
