Spanish stock market rises 1.17 pct, closes at 11,640 points

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose 1.17 percent on Monday to close at 11,640.20 points, up from the 11,505.40 points of Friday.

Indra shares led rises climbing 4.44 percent, followed by Mediaset, ArcelorMittal, Inditex and IAG that rose 3.67 percent, 3.02 percent, 2.20 percent and 2.19 percent respectively.

On the other hand, Bankia shares led falls losing 1.70 percent, followed by Endesa and Jazztel that lost 0.86 percent and 0.39 percent respectively.

Meanwhile, Spain's risk premium stood at 115.9 points on Monday closing time falling from the 123.6 of Friday and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.321 percent, below the 1.388 percent of Friday closing time. Endit
