Ronaldo hails PSG's Ibra his favorite player in Ligue 1

Xinhua, April 28, 2015 Adjust font size:

Retired Brazilian legendary striker Ronaldo told a French TV show that Paris Saint-Germain forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic was his favorite player in Ligue 1.

The World Cup winner felt the 33-year-old Ibra still a "great" player while being interviewed by Canal+ at the weekend.

"I often go to Paris," said Ronaldo. "Every time I go to the Parc des Princes, Ibra achieves something great. He stands out."

"He's my favorite player in Ligue 1," he said.

The Sweden striker has been the key in Les Parisiens' attacking since joining in 2012 from AC Milan, helping fire the French capital-based side to two league titles.

Ibrahimovic has scored 28 goals in 34 games in all competitions this season, including 17 goals in Ligue 1. Endite
