10 killed in three bomb attacks in Baghdad

A total of 10 people were killed and 38 others wounded in three bomb attacks in the Iraqi capital of Baghdad on Monday, a police source said.
A car bomb went off on the 14th Ramadan Street in Mansour district in western Baghdad in the evening, leaving seven people killed and 21 others wounded, the source told Xinhua on condition of anonymity.
Another car exploded later in the Amil district, southwest of Baghdad, killing two people and wounding 11 others, the source added.
Earlier in the day, a booby-trapped car detonated at a busy commercial area in Baiyaa district in southern Baghdad, leaving a civilian killed and six others wounded, the source told Xinhua.
Terrorism and violence have killed 5,576 civilians in Iraq in the first half of this year, with 11,666 more wounded, according to a recent UN report. Endite
