Myanmar football team to compete in ASEAN Women's Championship in Vietnam

Myanmar women's national football team will take part in the ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Women' s Championship to be held in Ho Chi Minh City of Vietnam in May, according to Myanmar Football Federation Monday.

Ahead of the championship scheduled to take place from May 1 to 10, Myanmar women team will leave Yangon for Thailand on Friday for taking joint training with Thai team from April 24 to 29.

At present, a 25-member national football team has been under training for the championship.

Myanmar women's team was pooled in Group A along with host Vietnam, the Philippines and Malaysia. Endi
