Skydiver Eustace named Laureus action sportsperson

Skydiver Alan Eustace was voted as the Laureus world action sportsperson of the year on Wednesday.

The American scientist jumped 135,889ft to break Felix Baumgartner's 2012 free fall world record.

The other contenders were Stephanie Gilmore (Australia), Nyjah Huston (United States), Sage Kotsenburg (United States), Danny MacAskill (Britain) and Gabriel Medina (Brazil). Endi
