1st LD Writethru: Suicide bomber kills himself, wounds 2 in Kabul

Two people were injured as a suicide bomber targeted foreign forces in Kabul on Friday, a local television channel reported.

"A suicide bomber driving explosive-borne car blew himself up next to a vehicle of foreign forces in Despechary area on Kabul- Jalalabad road in 15th precinct of Kabul city, leaving himself dead and injuring two others," the Tolo TV reported.

A shopkeeper and a foreign serviceman sustained injuries in the attack, the TV channel said, citing eye witnesses.

Police have yet to make any comment.

This is the second attack on foreign forces in Afghanistan since Friday.

In the previous attack which occurred in the eastern Nangarhar province, four civilians had been killed and 12 others injured. Endi
