Jarrar is a leading figure in the Palestinian organization.
According to Palestinian sources, Israeli soldiers broke into the house of Jarrar and arrested her.
The soldiers seized two laptops and a mobile phone in the raid, the sources added.
The IDF said in a statement that Jarrar has "actively supported and encouraged terror activities over recent months."
"Jarrar's detention is based on substantial concerns for the security and safety of the region," the statement said.
