Dollar trades in upper 119 yen zone in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the upper 119 yen zone early Thursday in Tokyo, slightly lower from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 119.58-59 yen compared with 119.70-80 yen in New York and 119.89-90 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Wednesday.

The euro fetched 1.0769-0771 dollars and 128.78-80 yen against 1.0759-0769 dollars and 128.85-95 yen in New York and 1.0753-0754 dollars and 128.92-96 yen in Tokyo late Wednesday afternoon. Endi
