Air China increases flights to Milan, Paris

Air China, the country's flagship airline, said it increased flights between Beijing and Milan starting Sunday and will add more flights on the Beijing-Paris route beginning June 1.

The company said the new Beijing-Milan flight departs from Beijing at 1:30 p.m. (Beijing Time) and arrives in Milan at 7:00 p.m. local time. The return flight departs from Milan at 9:00 p.m. local time and arrives in Beijing at 1:30 p.m. (Beijing Time) the following day.

The new Beijing-Paris flight will depart from Beijing at 2:05 a.m. (Beijing Time) and arrive in Paris at 7:25 a.m. local time and the return flight will depart from Paris at 2:10 p.m. local time and arrive in Beijing at 6:30 a.m. (Beijing Time) the following day.

The two routes are operated by Airbus A330-200, according to the company.

Europe has become Air China's largest overseas market. Altogether 19 routes of Air China provide more than 100 flights per week from Beijing direct to major European cities like London, Frankfurt, Rome, Moscow and Madrid. Endi
