Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics, South Korea's top two tech behemoths, on Tuesday agreed to end the ongoing legal battles in the country.

Samsung and LG said in a joint statement that Samsung Electronics and Samsung Display, and LG Electronics and LG Display agreed to put an end to all the ongoing legal disputes between the companies.(S.Korea-LG-Samsung)

YANGON -- Peace negotiators of the Myanmar government and ethnic armed groups preliminarily signed a seven-chapter draft nationwide ceasefire agreement (NCA) here Tuesday as a follow-up of finalization of negotiation on Monday.

GHAZNI, Afghanistan -- Seven members of a family lost their lives as a roadside bomb struck their vehicle in Andar district of Ghazni province with Ghazni city as its capital,125 km south of Kabul, on Monday night, a local official said Tuesday.
