Turkish Trabzonspor fined by UEFA over hooligans

Turkish football club Trabzonspor have been fined Euro 40,000 ($43500) by UEFA over their fans' rampant behavior during the UEFA Europa League round of 16 match against Napoli of Italy, local media reported Thursday.

UEFA Discipline Committee stated Thursday that Trabzonspor was fined for their fans damaged the seats in stadium, lit torches and thrown them onto the pitch during the game against Napoli on February 26.

Trabzonspor were eliminated by Napoli after losing 5-0 on aggregate. Endite
