Hanoi ranks 4th among top travel destinations

Vietnam's capital Hanoi ranks fourth among top travel destinations worldwide, according to the U. S. travel website TripAdvisor, in its 2015 Travelers' Choice Awards List.

According to TripAdvisor, Hanoi is literally "ascending dragon, " has aged well, preserving the Old Quarter, monuments and colonial architecture, while making room for modern developments alongside.

This year's awards honor 469 top travel destinations worldwide based on millions of valuable reviews and opinions from TripAdvisor travelers.

Rounding on the list of top 10 are Morocco's Marrakech, Cambodia's Siem Reap, Turkey's Istanbul, the Czech Republic's Prague, Britain's London, Italy's Rome, Argentina's Buenos Aires, France's Paris, and South Africa's Cape Town. Endi
