Brunei's navy ship KDB DARULEHSAN has set sail for the multilateral maritime exercise in Langkawi in conjunction to the 13th Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition 2015 (LIMA'15) in Malaysia.

The event will run from March 17 to March 21, the Defense Ministry said Saturday on its website.

The deployment is led by Commanding Officer Lt Col (L) Willie Padan, the ship will be involved in the multilateral maritime exercise along with ships from over 13 countries.

It is the second participation for KDB DARULEHSAN in the event. The first participation was in 2011.

The biennial event marks another milestone for the Royal Brunei Navy (RBN). The event is one of the largest multilateral maritime exercise and aerospace exhibitions in the Asia-Pacific, and is focused mainly on the defense industry.

The multilateral maritime exercise and maritime exhibition will take place at Resort World Langkawi while the aerospace exhibitions will take place at the Langkawi International Airport. Endi
