The State Council, China's Cabinet, decided to further streamline administrative power by canceling or delegating 90 administrative approvals to local governments.

The decision, approved by Chinese Premier Li Keqiang, will also cancel 67 items of professional qualification certification.

It also suggested 18 administrative approvals and qualifications be canceled or delegated to lower authorities.

Four items regarding law amendment have been changed by the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress (NPC) in accordance with legal procedure, and other amendments will be proposed to the Standing Committee of the NPC for deliberation.
