Albania, Kosovo agree to scrap bureaucratic barriers to economic cooperation

Albania and Kosovo will gradually remove red tapes that hinder bilateral economic cooperation, Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama announced Monday at a joint press conference with his Kosovan counterpart Isa Mustafa who was visiting for the first time.

The two leaders also discussed the "joint ambition of Albanians in Albania, Kosovo and beyond to become part of the European family", Rama told the press.

Albania and Kosovo unified their customs in the Albanian border town of Morina on Feb. 16 to start economic cooperation between the two sides. Endi
