LME base metals prices firmer on Thursday

Base metals prices were firmer on Thursday on the London Metal Exchange (LME).

The three-month unofficial copper price increased 36 U.S. dollars, or 0.62 percent, to 5,844 dollars per tonne.

In other metals, the three-month unofficial aluminium price increased 23 dollars, or 1.28 percent, to 1,814 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial lead price increased 45.5 dollars, or 2.59 percent, to 1,801.5 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial zinc price increased 8 dollars, or 0.39 percent, to 2,034 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial nickel price increased 350 dollars, or 2.52 percent, to 14,212.5 dollars a tonne.

The three-month unofficial tin price increased 125 dollars, or 0.70 percent, to 18,000 dollars a tonne. Endit
