Asian junior wrestling championships to be hosted in Myanmar

The Asian Junior Wrestling Championships will be hosted in Myanmar's Nay Pyi Taw in third week of July, according to Myanmar Wrestling Federation Wednesday.

Myanmar Wrestling Federation was reformed in 2013 and it started to compete in international wrestling championships.

A total of 10 elite Myanmar youth wrestlers are training hard under the guidance of three foreign coaches.

Wrestling teams from around 20 countries and regions are expected to compete in the championships.

Myanmar grabbed three gold, three silver and six bronze medals in the 27th SEA Games hosted by the country in 2013. Endi
