Tokyo shares inch up by break on better industrial output

Tokyo shares ended the morning session slightly higher on a weaker yen and a better-than-expected industrial output for January.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average inched up 13.47 points, or 0. 07 percent, from Thursday to 18,799.26.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange was up 2.93 points, or 0.19 percent, at 1,524. 61. Endi
