PFC Ludogorets players took most of the prizes at the 54th Bulgarian "Footballer of the Year" ceremony here on Tuesday.

Vladislav Stoyanov, the team's goalkeeper, was named Best Bulgarian Player of the Year, followed by the team's captain Svetoslav Dyakov.

Monaco star Dimitar Berbatov, who won the award seven times from 2002 to 2010, came third.

The poll of over 120 journalists also recognized Stoyanov and Dyakov as best goalkeeper and midfielder respectively.

Their teammate Cosmin Moti took the prizes of best defender and best foreign player, and Ludogorets's coach Georgi Dermendzhiev was selected as the coach of the year.

The 34-year-old Martin Kamburov from Lokomotiv Plovdiv was named the best forward for the fifth time, and 17-year-old Bozhidar Kraev from PFC Levski won the best young player prize.
