Plane with Bulgarian PM makes emergency landing

Xinhua, February 12, 2015 Adjust font size:

The governmental Falcon with Bulgarian Prime Minister Boyko Borissov on board made a successful emergency landing at Sofia Airport on Wednesday evening after its left landing gear did not close.

After taking off en route to Brussels, a technical problem did not allow the left landing gear to close, and the aircraft landed successfully, Bulgarian Transport Minister Ivaylo Moskovski said at a press conference.

Experts from Switzerland team would arrive on Thursday to make a thorough examination of the French-built aircraft, he said. Endit
