Dollar trades in mid-118 yen range in early Tokyo deals

The U.S. dollar traded in the mid- 118 yen range early Tuesday in Tokyo deals, little changed from its overnight levels in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 118.59-60 yen compared with 118.58-68 yen in New York and 118.97-98 yen in Tokyo at 5 p.m. Monday.

The euro fetched 1.1324-1325 dollars and 134.29-36 yen against 1.1319-1329 dollars and 134.25-35 yen in New York and 1.1343-1344 dollars and 134.95-99 yen in Tokyo late Monday afternoon. Endi
