Tokyo stocks rise slightly on robust U.S. jobs data

Tokyo stocks rose 0.19 percent in the morning session of Monday after data showed robust growth in the U. S. labor market, but gains were limited by worries over Greece's fiscal future.

The 225-issue Nikkei Stock Average was up 33.03 points, from Friday to 17,681.53.

The broader Topix index of all First Section issues on the Tokyo Stock Exchange rose 3.48 points, or 0.25 percent, to 1,420. 67.
