Urgent: Russia confirms participation in Minsk quartet meeting over Ukraine crisis

Russian President Vladimir Putin said leaders of Germany, France, Russia and Ukraine have agreed to meet in Minsk next Wednesday, provided that certain positions are agreed upon by then, Interfax news agency reported Sunday.

The president said he has just finished a "Normandy Format" conversation with leaders of Germany, France and Ukraine. Endi
