Juventus defeat AC Milan 3-1 to build up a 10-point lead at the Italian Serie A on Saturday.

It was Juventus' second consecutive win against Milan and the victory give Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri, who was sacked by Milan more than a year ago, a sweet revenge.

"We had a good game but after we went ahead we were a bit weak," Allegri said. "We suffered too much from Milan's deadball situations. We have to improve that attitude."

Carlos Tevez opened the scoring in the 14th minute, and although Luca Antonelli leveled in his first match back at Milan, Leonardo Bonucci restored Juve's advantage moments later.

Alvaro Morata sealed the result in the 65th as Juventus continued to march toward a fourth successive title.

Milan, which have lost four of their past five matches, remained eighth.

Earlier, Torino beat Hellas Verona 3-1 for its fourth successive victory.

Second-placed Roma will visit Cagliari on Sunday, while the Parma-Chievo Verona match was postponed to Wednesday because much of northern Italy was covered by a heavy snowfall in recent days. Endi
