Shanghai reports 2nd H7N9 case in January

Shanghai on Friday reported its second human case of H7N9 avian influenza infection this year.

A 75-year-old woman was confirmed infected with the virus on Thursday, the Shanghai municipal commission of health and family planning said in a statement.

The patient, now in critical condition, is under emergency treatment, it added. Endi
