Indian stocks open higher

Indian stocks opened higher on Wednesday to hit its fresh lifetime high of 28,880.80, led by gains in HDFC, HDFC Bank, TCS, L&T and Sun Pharma.

At 09:20 a.m. local time, the 30-share index Sensex pared some of the morning gains but was still trading at 28,852, up 67 points or 0.23 percent. It touched a record high of 28,880.80 and a low of 28,829.72. Endi
