Urgent: China 2014 retail sales up 12 pct

China's retail sales rose 12 percent year on year in 2014, the National Bureau of Statistics said on Tuesday.

In December, retail sales grew 11.9 percent from a year earlier, quickening from 11.7 percent in November. Endit
