Berlinale 2015 unveils full competition lineup

The 65th Berlin International Film Festival on Monday announced its complete lineup for the competition series.

A total of 19 of the 23 films in the competition program will be vying for the Golden and Silver Bears.

The program includes 21 world premieres with 29 participating countries and regions.

Berlinale also announced the last five missing titles for the competition including the Chilean production of The Club by Pablo Larrain and Sworn Virgin, the debut film of the Italy's Laura Bispuri.

There are two German productions out of competition, namely Wim Wenders' 3D film Everything will be Fine and Elser by Oliver Hirschbiegel, a film about the Hitler assassin Georg Elser.

The award ceremony will take place at the Berlinale Palast on Saturday and will close with a screening of the winner of the Golden Bear. Endit
