2 die from human H7N9 in E China

Two patients infected with the H7N9-strain of avian flu have died in east China's Fujian Province, the local health and family planning commission said on Friday.

In total, 15 cases have been confirmed in the province since the beginning of the year, according to the commission.

Another human infection was reported in neighboring Jiangxi Province on Friday.

Besides Fujian and Jiangxi, Shanghai Municipality and Zhejiang Province have reported human cases of H7N9 this winter. Endi
