Eurozone trade in goods surplus 20.0 bln last November

Eurozone international trade in goods surplus was expected to witness a 20.0 billion euros (23.3 billion U.S. dollars) surplus in November 2014, the statistical office of the European Union (EU) Eurostat said on Thursday.

Compared with previous month, seasonally adjusted exports increased by 0.2 percent while imports remained stable in the eurozone.

In the same period of time, the 28-nation EU gained a trade surplus of 10.1 billion euros (11.6 billion dollars), while exports rose monthly by 0.9 percent and imports fell by 1.1 percent.

According to the Eurostat, the highest increases from January to October in 2014 in EU exports were registered with China of 11 percent annually rising, followed by South Korea with 10 percent and the United States with 6 percent. Endi
