Spanish stock market rises 1.72 pct

Spain's benchmark stock market index Ibex-35 rose 1.72 percent on Tuesday to close at 9,966.10 points.

Banco Sabadell shares led rises by climbing 6.37 percent, followed by IAG, Abengoa "B", ACS and Ferrovial that rose 5.31 percent, 4.17 percent, 3.73 percent and 3.42 percent, respectively.

Banco Popular shares led falls by losing 2.31 percent, followed by Tecnicas Reunidas, Endesa, Caixabank and ArcelorMittal that lost 1.08 percent, 0.61 percent, 0.43 percent and 0.21 percent, respectively.

Meanwhile, Spanish risk premium stood at 117.80 points and Spain's 10-year bond interest rate stood at 1.657 percent. Endite
