Chinese president's envoy to attend Mozambique president's inauguration

Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy, Justice Minister Wu Aiying, will attend the inauguration of Mozambique's new president, Filipe Nyusi, at the invitation of the country's government.

The ceremony will be held on Thursday in Mozambique, Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei announced Tuesday.

Nyusi, from the ruling Frelimo party, was elected last October as the southern African country's fourth president since its independence in 1975. Endi
