Australian stocks open 1 pct higher

The Australian share market opened 1 percent higher on Friday following a strong rally on Wall Street overnight.

At the official market open, the benchmark S&P/ASX200 index was up 55.3 points, or 1 percent, at 5,436.8, while the broader All Ordinaries index was up 52.7 points, or 1 percent, at 5,412.1. Endi
