Living Standards of Disabled People in China Improved

Living standards of disabled people in China have improved over the past year.
The findings of a report published by the China Disabled Persons' Federation shows the annual disposable income per person in a disabled persons' family in the city has increased by 9.2 percent over the past year -- reaching more than 9,000 yuan.
In rural areas this figure is nearly five-thousand-yuan-an increase of 16-point-six percent.
The report also found disabled persons' families have better access to employment, medical insurance, pension schemes and technology.
