China to Hold Public Security Products Int'l Expo

An international expo of social and public security products will be staged from December 9 to 12 in Beijing.

The expo is attracting more than 700 companies from across the world to demonstrate their latest products such as metropolitan monitoring and alarm systems.

It will also showcase newly-developed anti-explosion facilities and civil products for household use, such as various locks.

The expo, one of the major expositions in the international industry of the kind, will be sponsored by China Security and Protection Industry Association. A number of Chinese companies will display the country's urban security construction with involvement of local police.

Several seminars focusing on the topics of security, technology and application, and enterprise development will also be staged during the expo period.
