'Classic' Taxis for the Disabled

The first batch of seventy taxis, including thirty British classic cars, specially equipped for the disabled have been put into service in Beijing.

China News Service reported on Sunday that passengers can book the taxis by phone two hours ahead of time, since such taxis are difficult to find on the streets.

Fares for the special taxis are the same as for regular taxis.
