A staff member cooks Xinjiang traditional Zhuafan (rice cooked with mutton, carrots, raisins, etc. and eaten with hands) at a bazar in Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province, Jan. 2, 2011. Tens of enterprises from northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region brought their farm products and craftworks to the bazar as it kicked off on Sunday. The bazar will tour in four cities within Jiangsu and last for 24 days.
