Torrential water flow of the Tuojiang River surges up and inundates part of the streets, at Fenghuang County, central China's Hunan Province, June 8, 2010. Vehement rainstorm precipitate at Fenghuang County from the afternoon of June 7 until morning of June 8, pushing up of the rapid freshet of Tuojiang River and leaving the riverside streets and scenic spot including the Jumping Crag submerged, as a result of the less effectively quick drainage.
