This special purpose trucks are functional in continuously steaming, stewing, braising, quick-frying and many other cooking procedures, capable of catering hot dishes to 300 persons' shares within 1 hours. Chinese across the country, still haunted by the deadly 8.0-magnitude earthquake in Sichuan in 2008, are doing what they can to help the quake-hit northwestern province of Qinghai. Qinghai's Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of Yushu was jolted by a 7.1-magnitude earthquake Wednesday morning, which has left 760 people dead. [Xinhua]
