A chef helps a boy to taste the world's biggest hummus in Abu Gosh, an Arab village about 10 kilometers west of Jerusalem, on January 8, 2010. Some chefs in Abu Gosh made on Friday a 4,090-kilogramme hummus, which is almost twice as much as the Guinness record set in October by chefs in Lebanon. Hummus, made of chickpeas, sesame paste, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic, is a kind of popular food in Israel and Arab countries. [Xinhua]
