Yang was diagnosed of H1N1 flu and then decided to take a risk to give birth ahead of schedule December 23. The mother stayed at ICU afterwards and didn't even get a chance to have a look at her babies before succumbing to the flu on December 29. The bereft and debt-ridden family received widespread media attention and public supports, with donations running up to 140,000 yuan (US$19,800) so far. [Xinhua]
