Arab protesters against Israel's decision to restrict entry into the Al-Aqsa Mosque, which is inside the holy site in the Old City, throw rocks at Israeli policemen in the East Jerusalem neighborhood of Ras el- Amud on October 9, 2009. Israeli police and Arab protesters clashed in the neighborhood on Friday afternoon. The clash came as Israeli security forces were on high alert throughout Jerusalem after a week of violence in the Old City area, located in the Arab-dominated East Jerusalem which Palestinians claim to be the capital of their future state.
