Bringing many prevailing cartoon stars like panda Paul, Gray Wolf and Happy Sheep to meet visitors, 2009 Nantong Cartoon and Animation Festival was opened in Nantong Horticulture Expo Park on Monday. Activities focusing on eight themes would be held in different scenic spots of the park.
