Some World Expo pavilions have been forced to limit the number of stamps each person can collect in their Expo passports or even give up the practice after disorderly scrambles.

Long lines have been forming at pavilion exits where visitors can get their passport stamped.

Philip Lote, communication official with the Norway Pavilion, said it stopped the stamping service on Tuesday because of misbehavior by several visitors. "We want people to see our pavilion, but not simply to get as many stamps as they can."

Lote revealed that Denmark and Sweden pavilions had also cancelled the stamps for the same reason. They would decide whether to resume it after talking to the Bureau for World Expo Coordination.

On Wednesday there were mountains of visitors outside the France Pavilion scrambling for the stamp. Since its attendants offered stamping outside, some visitors have given up queuing to see the pavilion and leave once they have obtained their stamps.
