Vietnam confirmed 202 more cases of A/H1N1 influenza, raising the country's total number of flu patients to 9,260, said a report of the website of the Vietnam Ministry of Health on Friday.

So far, 7,567 patients have been discharged from hospitals thanks to their recovery, according to the report.

Vietnam has reported 16 deaths of A/H1N1 influenza since the first case was confirmed in the country.
